Today, you find yourself at a crossroads in your personal or professional life, no longer knowing which path to take, or how to find your right place and balance!

You’re facing a life or career transition and you’d like to succeed in this important step! You’re feeling frustrated, tired, and less fulfilled. You’d like to create positive changes in your life as a humanitarian or expatriate spouse.

You’re asking yourself a thousand questions about what you want, but you can’t decide or take action. You ask yourself what’s possible or unrealistic, you’re afraid of not making the right choices, of failing, of closing doors… of staying docked without changing anything in your life!

Your only certainty today is that your current situation no longer suits you.

YOU FEEL THE NEED TO:

  • Clarify what you really want.
  • Reclaim your rightful place.
  • Ensure a better life balance.
  • Take on new professional challenges.
  • Navigate your life and career transitions with ease.
  • Take action to realize your projects.
  • Restore your energy and optimism.
  • Take care of your well-being at work and at home.
  • Prevent a professional or parental burnout.

I’m Nancy Bonamy, a Transition, Resilience and Well-being expert.

I know all about your challenges!

As a multi-expatriate for 28 years, I have experienced many personal and professional transitions, whether imposed or desired. I’ve also experienced 4 professional reconversions and a return to my home country for a few years.

I worked for 3 years in development and over 10 years with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), including 8 years in emergency contexts and 2 years at headquarters. I’m very familiar with the realities and challenges of your life as a humanitarian.

I’ve also taken on the role of expatriate spouse, a status often misunderstood and not at all valued, even though it involves many professional and personal challenges.

Since 2014, I have been a certified Life & Career Transition Coach, certified in Resilience, Positive Psychology, Emotional & Social Intelligence and trained in Burnout Prevention and Post-Burnout professional guidance.

I have developed 3 programs adapted to the needs of expatriate spouses and humanitarian aid workers willing to create positive changes in their lives and succeed in their professional and personal transitions.

I also support humanitarian organizations and international companies willing to support their employees in their career transitions and development, and the expatriation spouses of their employees in their professional and personal transitions abroad or when returning home.
