Maybe you\u2019re thinking: <strong>\u201cHow can I interest them with my atypical background?\u201d or \u201cHow can I transcribe this humanitarian background so that it\u2019s understood outside this sector or my organization?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Deep down, do you believe that <strong>your humanitarian career is difficult to explain, that it\u2019s hard to promote, or even that it\u2019s poorly perceived?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I hear it very often from the humanitarians I work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You come to question your legitimacy!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>The problem with this belief is that it makes you question your own legitimacy.<\/strong> Instead of identifying your strengths and assets, you come to focus essentially on what you think you \u2018don\u2019t have\u2019 or \u2018have too much of\u2019:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cI don\u2019t have such and such expertise, skill, experience\u2026\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cI\u2019ve changed organizations or employers too often\u2026\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cI don\u2019t have a linear or upward career path\u2026\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cI\u2019ve done too much or too little field work\u2026\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cI\u2019m too much of a generalist, or on the contrary, too much of a specialist\u2026\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cI\u2019ve been with the same organization for too long\u2026\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cMy career path doesn\u2019t make much sense\u2026\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cMy career path is a zigzag with no real logic\u2026\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>You only see your shortcomings and what you think could be a problem!<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You no longer know how to promote and communicate your atypical humanitarian career!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ve lost sight of your strengths, your talents, your assets, your uniqueness. You no longer know what makes you so interesting to your future employer (yes, yes, I promise!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Besides, I\u2019m sure <strong>you know deep down<\/strong> (deep down! ) <strong>that you\u2019ve acquired a solid experience! You know that you\u2019re eligible for interesting positions, both inside and outside the humanitarian sector!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>But you don\u2019t know how to promote and communicate your atypical humanitarian career!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That said, let me explain something to you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The problem isn\u2019t your path, but rather your alignment!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>What you think is a problem with your humanitarian path is actually a problem with your inner alignment!<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>If you can\u2019t communicate what you have to offer, it\u2019s because there are parts of you that you\u2019ve forgotten and other parts of yourself that you haven\u2019t yet taken on!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Your understanding of what you have to offer is incomplete.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Your definition of what you can expect professionally is distorted.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To find your alignment, you need to fully embrace your humanitarian background and profile!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">What you need is to uncover those hidden treasures within you, so that you can <strong>accept yourself as you are and turn your uniqueness into a strength!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Once you\u2019ve uncovered and embraced those hidden parts of yourself, you\u2019ll know how to make the most of your humanitarian career!<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And contrary to what you might think, reconciling yourself with these hidden parts of yourself is easier and more liberating than it seems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you discover the treasures you hold within, you no longer see them as problems, but as: <strong><strong>LEVERS TO ACTIVATE TO ENHANCE THE VALUE OF WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER AND TO COMMUNICATE IT WITH EASE.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">It\u2019s this alignment that will enable you to \u201csell\u201d your humanitarian path!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\udde1 That\u2019s why alignment is at the heart of my coaching. \ud83e\udde1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In my TRANSITION program dedicated to humanitarians, I propose 4 steps to regain this alignment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I connect to my adventurous part (to those parts buried within me).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I collect my treasures and value my uniqueness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I clarify my vision, what I really want and how to communicate it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I take action to create the changes I need.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udc4a YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER, WHAT YOU REALLY WANT, HOW TO VALUE IT, HOW TO COMMUNICATE IT AND HOW TO ACHIEVE IT! \ud83d\udc4a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">And that\u2019s going to change your life! <strong>It\u2019s precisely this alignment that will enable you to \u201csell\u201d your humanitarian part!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I love this program because it helps you not only to clarify what you really want, but also to understand and fully assume who you are, with your experiences and your uniqueness!
