We have 8 sessions with a frequency of one session every 15 days.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Individual coaching<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The duration of individual coaching depends on the frequency of our sessions. It will last 2 months if we meet weekly, 4 months if we meet fortnightly or 6 months if we meet every 3 weeks.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general, I recommend a session every 15 days, but of course it's flexible, depending on your constraints!
